Origin Story

It all began back in 2008, during our (Alex Chapman and Blake Aaron) college years at Louisiana Tech University. Both of us navigating the challenging yet exciting world of design and creativity. Our paths crossed in the spring quarter 2008, thanks to a mutual friend who introduced us. Little did we know that this meeting would mark the start of a lifelong bond.

We instantly clicked, discovering countless shared interests that formed the foundation of our friendship. Over the years, we realized how much we had in common—a connection so natural that it felt like we had always been friends.

Our camaraderie didn’t go unnoticed. To those who knew us, our bond was undeniable—we were always together, both in and out of school. That partnership, built on trust, support, and shared dreams, became the cornerstone of our friendship, one that has stood the test of time and continues to thrive to this day.

Seventeen years later, with families of our own, we found ourselves drawn back to the place that shaped us—our home state of Louisiana. It’s a place where the culture, the people, and the bonds of friends and family leave a lasting imprint. We wanted to give back to the community that had given us so much and create something that reflects the spirit of Louisiana. That vision became Parish Line Provisions.

Growing up, we spent countless days playing sports, exploring the outdoors, and embracing everything Louisiana had to offer. But we also know the challenges of the subtropical climate—those humid mornings when you step outside and feel the heat settle in, sweat starting before the day even begins. Parish Line Provisions was born from a desire to embrace that lifestyle while providing comfort and style.
